Colt and Christina

Today I tattooed this triathlon tattoo on Christina.  A fun approach to the ironman/triathlon tattoo without being the bike/swim/run icons.  I also started a huge ribcage tattoo on Colt.

True Love Never Dies

I completed this thigh piece on Jenna today, one sitting.  I don't want to reveal too much as the tattoo is a surprise for her husband who will be returning from overseas soon.  Super fun tattoo to do!  Who doesn't love skeletons!?

Sea Turtle

Ashley, a student and employee of the MOA's own Underwater World tattooed an ode to her favorite rehabilitated sea turtle, Seemore, on her foot.  The white lump on the turtle is a characteristic of Seemore, (as this is tattooed in her likeness), the lump is actually a weight which is used to help her dive.  Seemore was injured, (likely from a boat propeller), and her shell cracked.  The trapped air in her now repaired shell prevents her from diving, so the weights were added to counterbalance the trapped air.  Beside the turtle tat, I started a giant tattoo on Jackie's side/half back and did some writing on Amanda's back.

Time Flies...or swims

Here is a sneak peak of Joe's "time flies/swims" half sleeve.  The piece is inspired by Portisehead's "The Rip" music video (click the link to watch).  Joe wanted the fish clock to resemble the exact fish from that video, some I added my own interpretation to, all black and grey.  I hope to finish this very soon!

Saturday

A few consultations, a celtic cross tattoo on Adam and then this little anthropomorphic olive on Jenna's foot. The outline is done in brown because of Jenna's completely inconsolable aversion to the color black.  Any-hoo, I think it's purdy cute!

My friend Heather sent me this picture from South Dakota, Deadwood if I am correct....I think I have rights to this place!
