All in a Day's...

A henna inspired custom design for Alyssa's leg.  This was designed to match her inner arm tattoo which can be viewed here.  (Date on the inside of the foot was existing and refreshed during session).  

Owls and Two Anchors

Here are a couple tattoos I did today.  I also finished Drew's cover-up Dia de Los Muertos arm which I will post pics of when I upload the photos from my real camera.

RIP Merle.  This tattoo was done on Dusty's inner arm.

Nick's Rose

I dont' think I have ever posted a picture of this, but here is a pic of a tattoo I did on our former receptionist at LFDY, Nick's, thigh.  A black and great rose for his mom.  This tattoo is huge! The photo is deceptive.  Thanks Nick for illustrating that it is okay for men to get tattoos of flowers, and tattoos for their mothers.

Nichole's Leg Sleeve

In progress, Nichole's leg sleeve based on the painting "The Great Wave of Kanagawa" part of the  series "36 Views of Mt. Fuji" by Katsushika Hokusai. 

Nichole and I were both fortunate to see prints of this at the 

Edo-Pop exhibit at the MIA this winter.  I look forward to finishing this piece and updating the

progress.

Tattooed this Orwell quote and a traditional swallow

on Travis today.  We waxed nerdy about the font helvetica, Steve Jobs, books

and theology.  Travis is an essayist living in London, when I remember where I wrote his

blog down I will link to it here.

Added the long anticipated background to Peter's arm today.  I think the spacey background really ties it all together.  

Jasmine's Rose

A realistic black and grey rose on the back of Jasmine's neck.  I'd really like to get some healed pictures of this one...
