Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Convention Day 3

The convention went swimmingly, to say the least.  Despite suffering from a cold of near zombie-pandemic proportions, I powered through and was able to experience a really great show.  The convention wasn't huge, but was big on talent and had a great draw of tattoo enthusiasts.  I was able to talk to many artists, local and national, who were bubbling over with enthusiasm, inspiration, kindness and information.  I had sworn before this show that I would never be interested in working another convention and my mind was completely changed after this weekend.  I was able to tattoo all day Saturday and Sunday and spent most of Friday in the booth talking to numerous passerby and enthusiasts.  My favorite tattoos of the weekend that I was able to do were a semi-traditional swallow and a Dia Los Muertos lady on a forearm.  I can't wait for my next opportunity to do it all over again, it's a ton of work but worth every minute of it.
